These terms apply to your Runner Pricing account and use of the service. Creating an account requires your acceptance and administrator approval.
About the service
Runner Pricing brings together posted buying-group payouts, product details, retailer links, and retail price references to help you compare offers. We do not guarantee a purchase, reservation, accepted shipment, final payout, margin, or profit.
Your account and approval
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. If you use the service for a business, you must have authority to act for that business. Keep your information current, use your own individual account, and protect your password. Do not share your credentials or use another person’s account.
New accounts require administrator approval before catalog access. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or a particular review time. Account approval does not establish eligibility for any buying-group offer.
Confirm every offer before buying
Buying prices are posted quotes and can change, expire, be conditional, or remain provisional. Check the exact model, UPC, configuration, condition, quantity, location, delivery deadline, and all buying-group requirements before purchasing or shipping an item. Confirm the final payout and any fees directly with the buying group.
Retail prices are references from posted information, not independently verified live checkout prices. Retailer availability, tax, shipping, discounts, and the price of a particular variant may differ. A highlighted payout or comparison does not guarantee an eligible transaction or profit.
Retailers and buying groups
Retailers and buying groups are separate parties. Purchases, reservations, shipments, reimbursements, and payouts are arrangements between you and the relevant party and are subject to that party’s terms. A link, name, or logo on Runner Pricing does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
Use the service responsibly
Do not bypass authentication or access controls, misuse another account, disrupt the service, introduce harmful code, or use it for unlawful activity. Do not bulk copy, scrape, or redistribute the catalog without permission. Respect other users and the rights of retailers, buying groups, and content owners.
Optional notifications
Push notifications are optional. You can change your alert preferences in Runner Pricing and manage permission in your browser or device settings. Delivery may be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable, and an alert may no longer reflect the current quote when you open it. Confirm the offer before acting.
Account records
We store your name, company name if provided, email address, password hash, account activity, approval status, and terms acceptance record to operate your account and administer access. The administrator can review account details and activity to manage users. Passwords are stored as hashes.
If you enable push notifications, we also store the device’s push subscription and notification preferences needed to deliver those alerts. You can turn notifications off through the available app and device controls.
Availability and your rights
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every listing will be accurate, complete, or current. Features and listings may change, and outages or delays can occur.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right, warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any limitations apply only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
Account access changes
We may decline, suspend, or end access when account eligibility is not met, information is inaccurate, an account is misused, these terms are violated, or a legal requirement applies. Where practical, we will explain the issue and allow an opportunity to correct it.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms prospectively and will identify the new version and effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the service, with renewed acceptance requested when required. Changes do not waive rights you already have under applicable law.
